NetWorth+ is built by a small team, which means your email reaches a person who knows the code. Below are the things people ask most; if yours is not here, write to us.

Writing about your own account? Send it from the email address on that account so we can identify you without asking for anything sensitive.
Several of these are the app behaving as designed rather than a fault, so it is worth knowing which is which.
Check three things in order: the feature is switched on in Settings; Android has actually granted the permission; and your accounts are named the way you would recognise them, since matching runs against your own account names. Remember the first scan only reaches back 30 days.
How SMS capture worksThat is deliberate. Where two of your accounts tie on evidence, or a merchant is not recognised, the row is left for you rather than booked on a guess. Set it once and the merchant is remembered for next time.
Why it does not guessA balance in a currency with no available exchange rate is excluded from the total and the currency is named, rather than folded in at the wrong scale. Where older rows are missing a rate you will be shown a count and a one-tap backfill.
How currencies workThe amortisation is an estimate: penal interest, late fees and an unreported rate change are unknowable. Use Match Statement to enter the outstanding figure your lender shows; the difference is booked as a correction, never as a repayment.
Loans and EMIsBoth work by email address, and the other person needs a NetWorth+ account. A shared account is also refused when the two currencies cannot be proven to match, since a mismatched balance would land in your net worth at the wrong scale.
Sharing and groupsYou can do it yourself from Profile → Delete Account, with a 7-day grace period in case you change your mind. If you cannot sign in, there is a web form.
Delete your accountThe fastest fixes come from reports that answer these. None of it is sensitive, and none of it requires a screenshot of your balances.
Never send us a password, PIN, card number or one-time code. We will never ask for any of them, and NetWorth+ has no feature that uses them. If a message claiming to be from us asks, it is not from us.
NetWorth+ is available for Android and iPhone. No bank login, no advertising, and nothing recorded until you approve it.
