NetWorth+ never connects to your bank and never asks for a card number, PIN or password. The most sensitive thing it reads, your bank SMS alerts, is read on your phone, by you, and never leaves it.
Automatic capture
Off. Android. Bank and business senders only; personal numbers are never read.
Text recognition runs on this device.
NOTHING LEAVES THIS PHONE
Message text is never uploaded, stored or shared. Only the transaction you approve is saved.
Your data
No ads. No advertising SDKs. No data sold.
Reading and parsing happen entirely on your device. Message text is never uploaded, never stored on our servers and never shared. Messages from personal numbers are excluded before any parsing happens at all.
Photograph a receipt and the amount, date and merchant are read locally. The photo is not sent anywhere to be interpreted.
So the same alert cannot import twice, two small values are saved next to each imported transaction: a short one-way numeric hash of the message and the sender ID your bank used. Neither can be turned back into the message.
An amount, a date, a merchant, and which of your accounts it belongs to, stored exactly like a transaction you had typed yourself, and only after you approved it.
Every capture feature ships off. Decline the permission and the rest of the app works normally. Turning a switch on requests the permission at that moment, and leaves the switch off if you refuse.
Withdraw a permission from Android settings or the app at any time. Nothing already saved is affected; the app simply stops reading.
Deletion is in the app, not behind a support email. You can delete your account and everything in it from inside NetWorth+, and you can export what you have before you go.
Security that depends on the app behaving is not security. These run on the server, where a modified client cannot reach them.
App Check verifies that requests come from a genuine, unmodified copy of the app before the backend will answer them.
Every read and write is checked against rules on the server. Who owns a document, who may delete it and which fields may change are decided there, not in the app.
Hard limits on the server so no single account, or bug, can run away with the system for everyone else.
Rate limiting on the operations that reach other people. Importing your own transactions is deliberately never metered; a heavy importer is an honest heavy user.
Your ledger sits on the enterprise platform that regulated financial workloads run on, behind encryption that is never optional, on an architecture proven by independent penetration testing.
NetWorth+ runs on Google Cloud and Firebase, independently certified to ISO 27001, ISO 27017, ISO 27018 and SOC 1, 2 and 3, audited annually by third parties, in data centres with hardware-level security and strict physical access control.
At rest your data is encrypted with AES-256, the cipher approved for classified government material, with keys managed and rotated inside Google’s key management infrastructure. In transit every connection runs over TLS, negotiated at TLS 1.3 with modern devices.
The application layer was independently penetration tested across the full scope of the app, including how data is protected in transit and at rest. The test found no issues, so the architecture is proven rather than asserted.
Every record is replicated across multiple independent zones, so a disk, machine or data centre failure cannot lose your ledger. Auto-backup runs daily, weekly or monthly to your own device, and export is available at any time.
Enterprise security protocols we inherit by construction rather than improvise: certified infrastructure underneath, encryption that cannot be switched off, replication so nothing is one failure away from gone, and an application tested by someone other than us. The full account is on the security page.
The most useful privacy property of a finance app is boring: that its figures are honest about what they do not know.
“2 balances in SGD are excluded: no exchange rate available for this period.”
“This amortisation is projected. Use Match Statement to reconcile against your lender's figure.”
NetWorth+ is a tracking tool, not a bank, a lender or a financial adviser, and it does not give financial advice. Figures may be incomplete; always check your official bank statements.
